Background

"It makes sense because you said it" has become a mantra in my own life and in my therapeutic space. My goal is to support individuals on their journey of self-exploration. I use a client-centered approach to better understand the unique person in front of me. Life’s twists and turns can feel daunting, exciting, confusing, or evoke a mix of emotions—and that’s okay! By engaging in holistic conversations about everyday struggles through a multicultural lens, I strive to create a space where healing and progress can thrive.

I can’t promise therapy will always be light or easygoing, but I can promise that through collaboration and grace, we can move toward clarity. It’s important to show up authentically—especially if you often feel like you’re wearing a mask in other aspects of your life. Authenticity and autonomy are your rights!
